Review unassigned, inactive and overdue work. Use AI to draft a summary from aggregate workload counts, then check its suggestions.
Keep internal follow-ups alongside the findings. Prepare a service report for review before sharing with your team or client.
The time-saving opportunity is less manual reporting and queue review. Use a pilot to compare your preparation time before and after OpsPilot.
We do not promise a fixed saving. The value depends on your workload, process and staff time recovered.

No. Keep your existing ticketing workflow. OpsPilot adds a review and reporting layer using selected data from the source system.
The current integrations are read-only. Internal follow-ups do not change source tickets. Your team makes and carries out the decisions.
Workload briefings send aggregate counts and fixed signal identifiers to Cloudflare Workers AI. Ticket titles, people, project names and credentials are excluded from that briefing input.
Policy tools help record self-assessed coverage and gaps. They do not certify SOC 2 compliance or replace an independent assessment.
